About us....

Welcome to Umpa Lumpa sweet shop. We are a family run business which has been buying, selling and creating all things sweet and delicious for over 7 years.  The shop is situated in the seaside town of Penarth, near Cardiff in the Vale of Glamorgan. We are part of a strong community who love to support and shop local. Penarth prides itself on a wealth of independent shops, cafes and restaurants supported by national chains. There are some beautiful parks and a wonderful Victorian pier. 

We like to have fun at Umpa Lumpa and we feel we provide a much needed bit of escapism in these hard times. With the old school music, a wonderful, sweet aroma and memories of days gone by a trip to our shop is a must.  However, if you can’t visit the shop please take a look at our website.
